IPL 2023 player auction: The defending champion Gujarat Titans had an outstanding season in the 15th iteration of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Fans and pundits from all over the world were suspicious of their selections and their chances of winning the event when they originally made their roster. But when they continued to win the trophy, they defied all expectations. Gujarat Titans are the first IPL team to win a trophy in their inaugural season, trailing only Rajasthan Royals.

Hardik Pandya is being tipped to take over as India’s T20I captain as a result of this victory, and why not?
