For the third ODI, Kuldeep Yadav was added to India's lineup.

The series’ captain Rohit Sharma, Deepak Chahar, and Kuldeep Sen were all disqualified and will return to India.

Due to injuries to Rohit Sharma, Kuldeep Sen, and Deepak Chahar, Kuldeep Yadav has been added to India’s lineup for the third and final ODI in Chattagrom, Bangladesh.

In the second over of the second ODI in Dhaka, captain Rohit Sharma was fielding when he took a blow to the thumb. He was evaluated by the BCCI Medical Team, and in a nearby hospital in Dhaka, he underwent scans. He would miss the last ODI since he took a flight to Mumbai for a specialist consultation.

At Sher-E-Bangla stadium, India suffered a heartbreaking loss in the second One Day International by five runs. In the second innings, Rohit entered the game from position nine and promptly earned 51* points (28).The BCCI press release stated that a decision regarding his availability for the upcoming Test series would be made later.

On the other side, fast bowler Kuldeep Sen was rested for the second game and replaced by Umran Malik after complaining of back discomfort following the first ODI. Kuldeep has been given the go-ahead to withdraw from the series due to a stress injury.

Deepak Chahar is also out of the series after sustaining a left hamstring strain during the second ODI. To continue managing their ailments, Kuldeep and Deepak will now report to NCA.
