T20 World Cup: What would happen if rain causes the semifinal between India and England to be canceled?

Some games in this T20 World Cup have been affected by rain, leading to no results (or) a shorter DLS game. Who will be crowned the winners if a game is canceled in the knockout round with both teams tied on one point after an NR game in the group stage?

In the event that a T20 World Cup 2022 semifinal (or championship game) is postponed, we’ll examine how winners are determined.

T20 WC 2022 Knockout schedule:

Pakistan vs NewZealand: Semi-Final 1 at Sydney, 9th Nov (1:30 PM IST)

India vs England: Semi-Final 2 at Adelaide, 10th Nov (1:30 PM IST)

Finals at  Melbourne, 13th Nov (1:30 PM IST)

The Following will be the Circumstances if Rain Continues.

• If a semifinal or championship game is postponed due to inclement weather, a reserve day will be established at the same location. The game will resume from the same spot on the reserve day.
• If the reserve day is also postponed, the semifinal winner will be the team that tops the points standings.
• The final game on November 13 will have a backup date in case of rain, however if the game is also postponed on the backup date, the International Cricket Council will declare both finalists joint winners of the T20 WC 2022.
